Stay506 was founded by Daniella Navarro to close a specific gap: professional property management, at a moment when compliance stopped being optional and digital nomads, professionals on temporary relocation, or people who simply want to live in paradise for a while became a year-round market. The owner is our client; the guest is our user; the property is the asset we protect.

We talk and evaluate your property
A free audit is carried out.

We prepare the property
Professional photography, copy in English and Spanish, inventory, a digital guest guide and listing on Airbnb, Booking and VRBO from a single calendar. ICT registration, tax status and condominium policies — and we accompany you through the paperwork if needed. We don't publish until everything is up to date.

We operate every stay from start to finish
Dynamic pricing by season and demand, guest support, check-in and check-out, coordinated cleaning and laundry, amenity restocking and review management.

Monthly report
A report with revenue, occupancy, invoiced expenses, reviews and the state of the property. Maintenance visits arrive with a photo report the same day. The money from reservations goes straight to your account; our commission is invoiced separately, with no hidden extras.
