Before arrival
Airport transfer from SJO or LIR with a meet and greet, a supermarket stop if you want one, and a fridge stocked to your list — the detail guests mention most in reviews.
During the stay
Private surf lessons with board included, yoga or pilates on the terrace, a chef cooking a three-course dinner with market produce, and private nature tours to waterfalls, volcanoes and wildlife with ICT-licensed guides.
Occasions
Honeymoon packages with arrival styling, a private dinner, a photo session and a nature experience; bachelor and bachelorette packages with surf or catamaran, chef or grill and safe transport.

- Is the concierge only for Stay506 properties?
- The full menu is for guests of properties we manage. Guests of partner listings can book selected experiences.
- How are partners chosen?
- Certified instructors, ICT-licensed guides and insured providers, under a commission agreement that defines responsibilities. The quote you confirm is what you pay.
- When should I book?
- Surf, yoga and transfers usually work with 24 hours' notice. Private chefs and themed packages need three to five days.
- Which languages?
- English and Spanish, on WhatsApp, from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., with 24/7 cover for emergencies.
