Frequently asked questions
- How long is a typical contract?
- From one month to a year. Three months or more is where the model works best for both sides.
- Does a monthly contract become a residential lease?
- It is a real risk in Costa Rica, so contracts are written as furnished temporary accommodation with a defined term, payment through the platform or through us, and the situation explained in writing to the owner before signing.
- Is the internet really verified?
- Yes. We measure it on site and publish the number. If a property cannot sustain video calls, we do not list it as nomad-ready.
- Is there a referral perk?
- A month of yoga or two surf lessons for any nomad who refers a tenant signing three months or more.
