Listing & pricing
Professional photography, bilingual copy and listings on Airbnb, Booking and VRBO, with dynamic pricing adjusted by season, local events and the competing supply in your zone. A property with good photos, accurate copy and correct pricing converts more — that is the whole job.
The operation
Guest replies in under 15 minutes, check-in and check-out, cleaning and laundry coordination, amenity restocking and review management. Our target is 4.85 or higher; any review under four stars is reviewed with you.
Reports & compliance
A monthly report before the 5th with income, occupancy, invoiced costs, reviews and property condition. ICT registration, VAT and electronic invoicing are handled with our partner accountant, and money flows stay separate: the platforms pay you, we invoice our commission apart.
Frequently asked questions
- What does it cost?
- We send a tailored proposal once we have seen the property: a commission on booking income plus a one-off onboarding. Cleaning, laundry, supplies and platform fees are passed through at cost with the invoice attached.
- Which properties do you take on?
- Mid-to-high range houses and apartments in the Central Valley, the North Pacific and the Central Pacific. We do not open a new zone until we have three signed properties and a verified local partner there.
- Who holds the money?
- The platforms pay the owner or a trust account. We invoice our commission separately so your income and ours never mix.
- Can I block dates for my own use?
- Yes. Owner stays are blocked in the calendar and the house is prepared before you arrive.
